Nerds in a Pod

I go by SicksentZ. I grew up in a place where you can see a person daily for a year and never speak. But rest assured if they're ever getting jumped, you'd jump in to help. It's an odd collection of attitudes, misfortunes, and collective sighs enclosed in a maze of brown bricks and storefront churches. We're smarter than we're given credit for. We're territorial. We're creative, flirtatious, debaucherous, and we're the future of this country.

Us quiet ones are the ones to fear. We were picked on and teased as kids. We were made tougher with every conflict, and grew up to learn how to keep ourselves above water in a storm of any size. We were nerds. Hell we ARE nerds. But this time we're unified........ And we've had enough of your shit.

Throughout adolescence, I lived on the same block as the Ching A Ling Nomads BX headquarters. Despite what people may feel about bike gangs, these dudes always protected us from street gangs and shady cops alike. Any bike gang that’s respected so much that the local church lets them put up a hell themed mural for fallen members right on the church wall is a big deal. Salute to the Nomads.
